Upon lawful purchase or authorized receipt, the licensee (“User”) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and execute the software product Wfloat (the “Software”) on any supported device.

Permitted Uses

• - Modify the Software for personal or internal business purposes.
• - Include the Software in an application they develop, provided that:
  • - The Software is not distributed as a standalone product.
  • - End users of the application do not receive separate rights to modify, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.

Restrictions

• - Users may not distribute, publish, or make the Software or modified versions publicly available.
• - Users may not sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise charge for the Software itself or modified versions.
• - Users may not use the Software to create or enhance a competing product.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The user of the software represents and warrants that they will at all times comply with applicable law in their download and use of the Software.
